Within that time frame, buyers can change their minds and return products without providing a reason. However, this does not apply to custom made items. All items in the Tired Mommy Hugs shop is considered custom made so returns are not accepted. However, please contact us if you have questions.

In addition, the image on the screen may look different than the received item due monitor calibration, lighting, or other factors beyond our control. Our items are not an epoxy item and glitter can not be applied. Some tumblers may or may not have a slight seam but the design is still fantastic.
What about free shipping?
Orders over $35 qualify for free shipping. In addition, curated items in my shop may have free shipping. On all free shipping orders I reserve the right to ship via UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.
